Thank you Marc for the professionalism, being on time and always going the extra mile to make sure things were going well throughout the process. We would not have our beautiful modern planned house if it wasn’t for you. You will always be in our prayers.
Highly recommended!

When my wife and I decided to renovate our main living space to make it bigger and more functional, we were looking for someone that would not only understand our needs and share our vision, but who would be there to manage the project from start to finish. Marc did that and more! Even when title deed restrictions had to be lifted before we could proceed, they went out of their way to assist with the drawing up and filing of the application.

Through the whole process we found that we could count on Marc and the team for sound advice, but also to be accommodating where necessary.

We are really happy with the end result and would recommend the team any time.

On the multiple projects that I have had the pleasure of engaging Marc – he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Marc is meticulous and incredibly skilled and I can highly recommend his services to all!

I contracted Marc as my preferred architectural professional to design my B&B establishment in Port Elizabeth.  At the time of our fist meeting, I described the general outline requirements emphasizing the high degree of quality I required.  The project was his full responsibility concerning the design.  It included technical drawings, presentations and meetings with the professional team and liaising with the local authority. He was able to design an impressive concept, coordinate between various disciplines and create a very successful result. Having been abroad since the inception of the project presented innumerable challenges however Marc is a take-charge person who presented creative ideas and executed them to perfection. I also found his interest in and commitment to his work noteworthy. He has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and dedication to the success of our project.  He was focussed, worked well with all parties concerned and is an extremely motivated individual.

When we needed to upgrade our work premises we called in BETA S.A.T Design to work on the project. They were amazing from the get-go, providing expertise, clarity, and direction to get the project completed on time!

I just want to say that it’s been a pleasure working with BETA S.A.T Design. So professional and very creative .
Thank you so much – You made my life easy!

I used Beta SAT Design for a lower cost redraw and alteration project, but felt I was getting the same service as any other client. Turnaround time was prompt and I enjoyed working with Marc. There was a minor oversight on an outstanding drawing which was rectified really quickly. Thanks Marc, your great service and professionalism is appreciated, I will certainly remain a client.

Marc has done an absolutely fantastic job assisting me through the entire process of building, from drafting of plans, submission of plans, even coming out on site when there is guidance and clarification needed. Although the project is still well under way, it has been an absolute joy working together on the project with Marc. He is always willing to assist whether it be telephone calls or site visits. With all the tensions and stress of building, it is a calming effect knowing that you can pick up the phone and give him a call in order to get all the answers to your questions, and if he does not have the answer, he would investigate for you and provide an update. Thank you Marc

Marc was the right person for our project and good to work with from start to finish. Very professional and his insights and experience add even more value!

Absolute pleasure dealing with Marc and his team. Professional service and always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. The attention to detail and knowledge of existing regulations really makes for a smooth process when working with BETA S.A.T Designs.

Marc redesigned my Ginger Pops workshop to create a streamlined, spacious workplace within the small space I had available. He created a layout that looked minimalistic, with great workflow and aesthetic, and it has aged so well! 5 years down the line and I still love everything about it.
He worked very professionally, taking care to assess the space as well as my catering and design needs, and budget before presenting the finished plans.
I would highly recommend Beta S.A.T Designs for any and all Architectural design work for home or business etc.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for the professional manner in which you have handled business with us. Your architectural knowledge and willingness to educate us have aided us in this process. I have learned many lessons that only an architect would know and that I would not be able to learn from anyone else. I appreciated working with you and probing your brain for those little details that I was unaware of previously. I appreciate your time with us and could not have wished for a finer architect.

Marc is very diligent and attention to detail is apparent on a number of projects. He has a very high standard of communication and as such nothing gets missed on his projects. I would recommend his architectural services to any potential private or corporate client.

Marc. Thanks again for another efficient project.
