I’ve had the great privilege of working alongside Marc on a myriad of projects which go far beyond mundane.  Marc has designed and managed many high-end residential and commercial projects, which meet the practical needs of future owners and investors both in private and public sectors.  The majority of projects we collaborated on are currently running on site or have been successfully completed, thanks to his unique skill set and years of professional experience.

When my wife and I decided to renovate our main living space to make it bigger and more functional, we were looking for someone that would not only understand our needs and share our vision, but who would be there to manage the project from start to finish. Marc did that and more! Even when title deed restrictions had to be lifted before we could proceed, they went out of their way to assist with the drawing up and filing of the application.

Through the whole process we found that we could count on Marc and the team for sound advice, but also to be accommodating where necessary.

I contracted Marc as my preferred architectural professional to design my B&B establishment in Port Elizabeth.  At the time of our fist meeting, I described the general outline requirements emphasizing the high degree of quality I required.  The project was his full responsibility concerning the design.  It included technical drawings, presentations and meetings with the professional team and liaising with the local authority. He was able to design an impressive concept, coordinate between various disciplines and create a very successful result.
